The first Top 100 guide produced jointly by the Eastern Daily Times and East Anglian Daily Times covering businesses in Norfolk and Suffolk listed Norse at number 15.
The comprehensive list rates businesses based on turnover as well as profitability and staff numbers. Norse turnover was up 15.2% on the previous year, while a number of new joint ventures with local councils meant staff numbers rose by nearly a third.
“Norse’s continual expansion is good news for the economies of Norfolk and Suffolk,” commented Managing Director Peter Hawes. “We are creating more and more jobs locally as our dynamic and innovative approach to Facilities Management and contract services is increasingly seen as the benchmark.”
Norse’s impressive growth in the private sector builds upon the company’s established position as one of the country’s leading public sector partners through its pioneering Joint Venture Company model.
